The SKK Beginner's Course

The introductory course will be held over 4 sessions by the Sydney Kyudo Kai, and is designed to introduce the basics of Kyudo to anyone who is interested – no previous experience required!
You will be taught the fundamental postures, movements, rituals and the eight stages of shooting.
Kyudo training is a life-long practice. Some people do it for sport, some for health, some for "Budo". All are equally valid, this is just the first step in your Kyudo journey.
The minimum age is 16.
Course Summary
Time: Sunday mornings
Cost: TBD (please note that once a session is attended, the course fee is not refundable)
What to bring: Yourself in comfortable clothes, knee coverings like pants and socks
Where: National Centre of Indigenous Excellence (NCIE) Stadium (180 George St, Redfern NSW 2016)
You must be present at all four sessions to complete the course!
