This introduction course is held over 4 sessions over 2 months by the Sydney Kyudo Kai, and is designed to introduce the basics of Kyudo to anyone who is interested – no experience required.
You must be present at all four sessions to complete the course.
You will be taught the fundamental postures, movements, rituals and the eight stages of shooting.
Kyudo training is a life-long practice. Some people do it for sport, some for health, some for "Budo". All are equally valid, this is just the first step on your Kyudo journey.
