to register you for and communicate with you about beginners courses
to send you communications regarding membership and other activities of the Sydney Kyudo Kai, the New South Wales Kyudo Association (NSWKA), Australian Kyudo Association (AKA), All Nippon Kyudo Federation (ANKF), and International Kyudo Federation (IKYF)
to answer enquires and provide you with information
to update our records and keep your details up to date
to comply with any law, rule, regulation, lawful and binding determination, decision or direction of a regulator or in co-operation with any local, State or Federal governmental authority

our committee members, Sensei and other members who assist in the running and operation of the Sydney Kyudo Kai
the Sydney Secondary College Leichhardt Campus and other venues where this is required for the running of trainings or events of the club
the NSWKA, AKA, ANKF and IKYF associations for membership registration, entry into competitions, gradings and other connected purposes
and local authorities for the purposes of COVID-19 contact tracing
